Functionality

The EFL 3 furniture lock is unlocked for 3 seconds after the presentation of an authorised user key in combination with the FT 120, FT 130 furniture terminal (standard latchbolt function). The EFL 3 locks automatically once the time has elapsed.
The optional deadbolt function (permanently unlocked/locked) is set via the FT 120 furniture terminal.
The door status (locked/unlocked) can be determined with the feedback contact and an additional macro. The connected FT 120 furniture terminal then sets an alarm signal.

Order reference

Please order V2 connection cable, marking gauge for EFL 3/EFL 3C and macro key card for EFL 3C separately. A macro is required for "permanent open" function with key remaining on FAN 100 antanna. This macro is available on request.

Keyed alike furniture locks:
Several EFL 3 furniture locks can be switched parallel (keyed alike) in combination with the MLA 6P multi-lock adapter. One V2 connection cable is required in addition for each furniture lock.
Keyed alike/keyed to differ furniture locks:
Several EFL 3 furniture locks can be switched parallel (keyed alike) or individually (keyed to differ) in combination with the MLA 8 multi-lock adapter. One V2 connection cable is required in addition for each furniture lock. ?Using the MLA 8 also allows:
Parallel operation of keyed alike and keyed to differ
Combination with other EFL furniture locks with AMP plug (e.g. EFL 41)
Note
Use marking gauge for installation.
Note max. cable lengths, for more information see MLA 6P and MLA 8 multi-lock adapters.
Connection to old DFT furniture terminals requires special connection cables. Planning by Dialock specialist may be required.
A furniture handle (hole spacing 32 mm) can be screwed to the backside of the fixing plate of the locking component.
Particularly suitable for furniture constructions with soft closing and self closing mechanisms. Not suitable for drawers and hinged doors with push-to-open function.
No additional fascia/material (e.g. slotted sheet metal plate) may be installed between EFL 3 / EFL 3C and locking component.
