If you are already a Hafele Customer and need a password for your user account, then, please enter following fields. Once entered, you will receive an email with a link to create your new password.
In case you do not receive the e-mail, please check the spam directory in your e-mail inbox or contact Hafele customer care for further support at firstname.lastname@example.org
You can find your customer number, for example, on your order documents (order confirmation, delivery note or invoice). The PIN code can be found in the billing address, the e-mail address is your company e-mail address.
If you use co-user access, you can either use the "Forgot your password" form or create a new password via your main user account directly in the "Co-user administration".
